On 26th February, the University of Georgia hosted a public lecture on Photo-Journalism in Telavi.

 1. The making of Photo reportage

The following issues were discussed:

• The modern tendencies of Photo-Journalism

• The methods for making a successful reportage

• The making of a practical movie

The speaker was the associated professor of the University of Georgia, winner of the special prize of Festival of Poland „CAMERIMAGE” and the winner of local and international awards - Vakhtang Gabashvili.

2. “ Foreign Policy of Georgia and Its Challenges”

The lecture was conducted by UG lecturer – Mr. Gia Japaridze. He spoke about Georiga’s foreign policy since gaining independence till present time.
